Rick Fiscina, Executive Director, Co-Founder
Rick Fiscina has been a part of the ELM management team for more than 12 years. His vision and leadership resulted in ELM's transformation from a paper-based educational provider to a far-reaching online healthcare educator, overseeing 15x revenue growth over his tenure. Prior to ELM, Rick developed and deployed an online patient online interaction system, from which he drew experience to envision and structure for the ELM course platform. He also identified and trained key members of today's ELM management team. Rick's vision and forward-thinking continue to spur on innovations and enhancements to ELM programs.
Steve Pelletier, VP Sales and Marketing
Steve is responsible for nationwide business development initiatives for ELM Exchange. His responsibilities include growing ELM's business among hospitals, health systems, insurance carriers and alternative risk transfer vehicles (e.g., captives, RRGs, etc.). He is also responsible for helping ELM identify marketplace opportunities for new and existing products. Steve brings more than 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and consulting to ELM. Prior to ELM, Steve held positions with Prudential Healthcare, Mercer Consulting and The Hartford. Steve holds a M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism and a B.A. in English and Journalism from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
